Associa BC Named Among Best Workplaces in British Columbia

Associa British Columbia, Inc. is proud to announce that it has been named one of the Best Workplaces in British Columbia for the second year in a row. The branch received this honour following a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® (GPTW).

Vice President of Human Resources Corina Castronuovo and Human Resources Manager Amy Beard accepted the honor at a recent event on behalf of the branch.

To be eligible for this award, organizations must be Great Place to Work-Certified™ and receive exceptionally high scores from employees on GPTW’s Trust Index survey. The survey evaluates multiple dimensions of workplace culture, including trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
