Associa British Columbia manages strata corporations across Vancouver Metro, the North Shore, Surrey, Squamish, the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley, Victoria on Vancouver Island, and Kelowna and the Okanagan.

Associa British Columbia manages single-family and master-planned communities, condominiums and luxury high-rises, lofts and townhomes, mixed-use developments, and investment properties.

Fees are custom to each strata corporation and quoted in a written management proposal rather than published as a flat rate. Councils can request a proposal for their own property.

The strata council keeps its governing authority, setting policy, approving budgets and contracts, and making final decisions for the strata corporation. Associa British Columbia carries out those decisions and handles daily operations, including financial administration and reporting, strata fee billing, vendor coordination, owner service requests, and bylaw compliance follow-up. The exact division is documented in each management agreement.

A dedicated transition team works with your assigned manager, your current management company, and the strata corporation to keep the handoff seamless. The team reviews past policies, reviews vendor contracts and scopes of service, collects owner fees and account balances, holds vendor walkthroughs, and runs a council orientation or meet and greet. This applies whether a property is coming from another management company or from self-management.
